This zine by local collective Mango Chilli Press posits the common causes of burnout for creatives and the mindful practices they can do to overcome it.

You may not necessarily draw or design but you might still relate as a working professional! My friend Aqilah introduced this to me and I bought a copy from Basheer Graphic Books. I love the quiz in the middle that tries to identify the cause of your burnout - I take it as a litmus test sometimes and you can complete it with teammates to learn more about each other!
